Before joining Sun Holdings Group, Oren served for 10 years as an officer in the Israeli Air Force, where he acquired substantial management skills.

​Located in Houston, TX, Oren oversees the group's operations in the US, primarily focused on building and leading SYNC Residential management platform.

Oren is a graduate of Bar-Ilan University with a Master of Business Administration.

As the Director of Property Management at SYNC, Kendra leads a team of regional managers and oversees the day to day on site operations.   She works in conjunction with the corporate support team to continuously enhance systems, develop policies and procedures and implement best practices to optimize overall property performance.

She holds her CAM designation and MLA certification. Kendra is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and IREM.

Jennifer worked her way up in the multifamily industry starting as a leasing agent with an eventual shift to a corporate accounting position. She joined SYNC Residential in 2017 to oversee the Accounting Department, and has since expanded her role to also oversee the company’s IT infrastructures.

She is a Mensa member with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Baylor University. She recently earned a CAP certificate from the University of Houston and is currently working towards her CPA designation.

Jeff oversees acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and dispositions across SHG's multifamily portfolio. He is responsible for sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities, executing acquisitions and refinancings, managing lender relationships, and working closely with the operations team to maximize asset performance and drive value throughout the investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining SHG, Jeff spent 10 years with Lone Star Funds/Hudson Advisors on the Credit Team, where he managed a diverse portfolio of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), and residential whole loans.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Leslie is currently overseeing properties in Georgia. She brings over 20 years of multi-family experience in the Southeast. Leslie's extensive leadership role made her passionate about the onsite teams and dedicated to their growth.  Leslie has a strong focus on revenue growth and providing the residents with a clean and happy place to call home.

Jennifer Burton joined SYNC Residential in 2017 as the Property Manager at SYNC at Purgatory Creek. With 22 years of experience in multifamily housing, she transitioned into the Operations Support Coordinator role at the end of 2023.

Jennifer brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for operational excellence, helping to support and enhance property performance across the portfolio.

Mr. Blatt has over 25 years of real estate investment and management experience in residential, commercial & mixed-use projects internationally. He is engaged in all real estate investment decisions for various privately held investment companies.

Mr. Blatt was an accountant and tax consultant with Y. Blatt & Company and Cost Levari (later became Ernst & Young) for 12 years.

Mr. Blatt is a graduate of Tel Aviv University with a degree in economics and accountancy.

Chris joined SYNC Residential in 2017 and serves as Director of Systems and Strategic Services. In his role, he leads initiatives focused on business systems, operational strategy, process improvement, and technology that support teams across the organization.

Having worked in multiple areas of the multifamily industry, Chris enjoys solving complex problems and finding better ways to do things. His focus is on building practical solutions that improve efficiency, support informed decision making, and help teams deliver exceptional results

Jaida became a part of SYNC Residential in 2017, bringing a decade of experience in onsite roles. She began her journey with the company as the Property Manager of SYNC at Nobu Station, its largest asset, where she devoted herself to training and mentoring her team to excel.

With a deep passion for team development, Jaida transitioned to the SYNC Residential Training team in 2022, where she continues to focus on fostering excellence and growth within the organization.

James oversees all aspects of construction and capital improvement projects. 

James Gregory has been in the Real Estate Construction and Multi-Family industry for over 25 years.  With substantial experience on the ownership/management and vendor/supplier side of the industry.  James CAS designation through the National Apartment Association, and is a Leadership Lyceum graduate from the Houston Apartment Association. 

After a short career in the U.S. Navy during Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield through the mid 90's.  James' experience working for one of the best national General Contractors gave him the experience required to advance into the role he holds today with SYNC Residential. 

In under four years, Melodie has climbed from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager and now to this well-earned role supporting our Houston region. She's someone who rises to every challenge and consistently delivers.

What sets Melodie apart is how she invests in her team. She develops confident, capable professionals who embody all of the core values that SYNC Residential is all about.

Ido holds a L.L.B. (Law) and B.A. (Business Administration; Entrepreneurship) degrees from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, graduating with honors cum laude.

In addition to being a member of the Israeli Bar Association, Ido is also a graduate of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program.

Leya Nguyen serves as Director of Human Resources for SYNC Residential, bringing extensive human resources experience within the multifamily property management industry. She is a strategic HR leader known for her adaptable, solutions-focused approach and her ability to balance organizational goals with employee needs.

As a member of SYNC’s Executive Leadership Team, Leya leads the development and implementation of human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s vision, strengthen employee engagement, enhance organizational performance, and support long-term growth and profitability.

Nancy oversees all aspects of marketing and brand management for SYNC Residential.

Nancy joined SYNC Residential in 2019, bringing over 25 years of experience in marketing and training, and specializes in online optimization and digital media for various grades of apartment communities.

Chris brings over 29 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Chris brings a deep background in maintenance operations, team training, capital oversight, new construction development, and acquisition due diligence.

His leadership is further shaped by his service in the United States Marine Corps and as a Texas state-certified volunteer firefighter, a testament to his discipline, resilience, and commitment to service.

Danasha oversees properties in the surrounding areas of Houston, Texas. She has been in the multifamily industry since 2006 and has received her CAM designation from the National Apartment Association.

Danasha’s dedication to training and coaching her peers has helped her become an exceptional and well-respected mentor. She has a devoted interest in employee development and resident retention, with a focus on revenue growth and customer service.
